Our Guest Rooms
The " Garden Room" has a private in room half bath (toilet and sink).
Guests staying in the "Garden Room" can choose between the large bathroom with toiletry supplies, toilet, shower and tub or the
smaller bathroom, with toiletry supplies, and a single person size Jacuzzi tub and shower. The "Garden
Room" has a king size bed, a vanity which can double as a desk, a table, and a 25
inch closed captioned cable TV with a VCR/DVD player. The upstairs thermostat is in
this room.

- $159.95 plus tax for one night stay for two persons with full breakfast (cooked
to order). Rate is $30 less for singles.
- $119.97 plus tax (per night) for two night stay for two persons with full
breakfast (cooked to order) both mornings. Rate is $22.50 less per night for
singles.
" Monica's Room" has two twin size beds. This room can have a private bath
(choice of bathrooms) or a shared bath. It also has a ceiling fan and desk.

" Jennifer's Room" has a queen size bed and no TV. Ladies, this is the
room to choose if you want your sweetheart's undivided attention. This room uses
the smaller bathroom with a single person size Jacuzzi tub. It has a desk and
ceiling fan. In the winter, Jennifer's Room is the coolest of all the rooms. If
you have hot flashes, this is the room for you. Because of the size of the
bathroom, this room is not suitable for larger guests.

" Marcia's Room" has a gorgeous queen size bed. This room uses the large
bath which is right next door. It has a ceiling fan, 25 inch closed captioned TV
with cable and VCR/DVD player, and a desk. Marcia's Room has a perfect view of
the historic Pontiac Courthouse Clock Tower from the 3 bay windows.

- $139.95 plus tax for one night stay for two persons with full breakfast (cooked
to order). Rate is $30 less for singles.
- $104.96 plus tax (per night) for two night stay for two persons with full
breakfast (cooked to order) both mornings. Rate is $22.50 less per night for
singles.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Rates do not include city and state tax.
- State tax is 6% and city tax is 5%.
- 10% discount is given for active duty military, families, seniors - age 65+,
groups, Route 66 members, and mid-week stays (Mon - Thurs), excluding holidays
and special events.
- 10% discount is the maximum discount given for one night stays.
- We offer a generous discount for multiple night stays because we don't clean
your room or change your sheets every day. If you want your room cleaned and/or
sheets changed every day, then regular rates apply for each day.
- Guest rooms do not have phones as most guests have cell phones and we have
excellent cell phone reception in Pontiac. Guests are welcome to use our phone
for local or long distance calls if needed in the continental U.S.
- Free wireless Internet access.
